It may inhibit blood clotting (ginkgo biloba). It is advised to follow a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Preparation

Dosage: recommended daily intake (RDI) 2 heaped tsp = 2 g of blend. 1-2x a day. Pour over with 250 ml of boiling water and leave to infuse for 5-10 min., then strain. Do not exceed the RDI. Not a supplement for a healthy diet. Keep out of reach of children.
