Maté leaves (Ilex paraguariensis). It has an influence on bad metabolism and discharge of water from the body. It contributes towards suppressing mental and physical tiredness, as well as influencing invigoration of the body.
Preparation: Use 12 g of tea (approx. heaped 7 tsp) for 1 l of water at the temperature of 80°C. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes. Strain and serve. Not suitable for children.
