White tea from Yunnan Province made from the long-leafed Assamica cultivar. Thanks to its long leaves and manufacturing process, including natural wilting and drying, the tea has an elevated level of oxidation and a darker colour than many other white teas. A high content of top buds lends it a sweet aroma. Its taste begins slightly juicy and gradually develops hints of walnut and hazelnut.

Preparation: Allow 1 teaspoon of tea for each 1.5 dl of water and one more for the teapot. Bring the water to a boil, then let it cool to 85°C. Infuse for 5 minutes. Strain and serve. Suitable for up to 4 infusions.
