Plucked at the altitude of 2,100 m, this tea brews to make a pale infusion slightly red in hue with a hint of gold that boasts an attractive aroma.
Preparation: Allow 1 teaspoon of tea for each 1.5 dl of water and one more for the teapot. Add freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
